Anxiety Treatment for Drug or Alcohol Abuse Patients

I personally think addictions start in the imprint/socialisation period, a child/teen see's their parents or other peers drinking, smoking, and unconscious mind logs this as something that in someway benefits them, I have no doubt anxiety can be a contributing factor, and reducing anxiety may well reduce the need for a prop, I personally quit drinking for the sole reason it doesn't benefit me and damages the body, I used a swish pattern and swapped drink for something else the effect was almost immediate, now if I look at a bottle of scotch or beer it repulses me. I have had my share of anxiety and stress since but never been tempted to go back to the old prop.

I need your help ASAP with a physical problem

I can see how the guy made the association of spoon bending to reshaping his nose, I think with appetence it just comes down to self acceptance, if your 5ft and want to be 6ft or visa versa, I have a broad belief of possible, though I think some things are part of their genetic make up.

I have read accounts of people who have claimed that they have repaired/regrown teeth, in apparent reality shift story's, peoples hair growing back or going from grey back to normal colour, not however reshaping the nose., or turning brown eyes to blue, I'm sure most people are familiar, with the miracle man story included in the secret, and the idea that incredible things can and do happen, and what the body is capable of with the right suggestion and direction, I think however somethings like bone structure, height, just are the way they are, and aren't meant to be changed.

Has anyone had success in assisting a transgender client in achieving a more feminine voice?

My point really was If it's possible to change accent which I did when I lived in Newcastle, after 3 years I went back home and sounded like a Geordie, although I didn't practice like learning a foreign language, being surround by Geordies you kind of pick it up through repetition, so although it's not a conscious practice, the repetition is why that happens, it doesn't happen overnight.

So if we can change accent and we mimic anyway, then being hypnotised to be able to mimic woman's voices with excellence,  would give the person the outcome they desire.

One thing about transgender is the appearance isn't so difficult to change, but the voice is hard part.

They could achieve a more feminine voice, it would be a bit like an impressionist though, an impressionist could mimic and sound like someone. It would take that amount of practice though, it's a bit like saying could a Geordie sound like an Aussie, they could with practice, they could model a woman's voice, and I guess eventually they would master that voice.
