I have several videos of pure expectancy inductions on my website... you know which one... feel free to use or duplicate them.
There are several Rod O'Quinn's on Skype, I think I can hook you up with some trance partners. Search for wizard_of_trance on skype and we can go from there.
Let me try to phrase what Fable is saying in a different manner...
As you say: "When I drink alcohol I always go buy/use meth."
Then as you are describing it, drinking alcohol appears to be a direct trigger for you to go buy/use meth.
So the first order of business would be to stop triggering the "go buy meth" behavior... which means stop drinking alcohol.
It removes the "when I drink" trigger from the equation which will make changing the "go buy meth" behavior much easier.
An applicable metaphor would be: I want to stop getting wet, but every time I go swimming I get wet.
Step one would be... stop swimming.
I hope this is understandable in the way that I said it.
Everyone is different so in my mind there is not a "one size fits all golden induction".
The induction I use most often in my office is not the quickest or the coolest of the inductions I know, but is constructed in a way that works hand in hand with the pretalk I use so they already understand how to do what I ask them to do, provides continual feedback as to how successful the client is in following my instructions, and sets them up for the change work we are going to do all at the same time.
That said; if my client runs into problems with that induction (which I know from the feedback I get), I can switch gears in a heartbeat to another type of induction that may work better for the client.
I have helped many of these types of clients.
Jeff Stevens and I talked quite a bit before he passed comparing our respective models and in particular his authoritative approach versus my permissive approach.
You can change a behavior in one session if all the requirements and associated issues are handled during the session... the problem being making sure all associated issues have been identified and dealt with, which is often difficult because usually the client themselves have no idea what they are.
This was the main reason I myself switched from doing one session to generically doing two sessions... fixing the issue during the first session and letting the client "test drive" the result before coming back for the second session where we tune/tweak if/as necessary.
I do a lot of sessions and especially teaching to those over in Europe via skype, and if they will do skype I can help them, if not I will suggest a hypnotist over there named Isa Kose.
[Quote from Matthew Ian Bradley's response:] The other parts creative, young, rebel, strong were all great and supportive.
Those parts are not generic to the managers meeting itself... You just invite who you need for each individual.

The same thing happened with my stop smoking intervention... I've had several people tell me of different places it was found verbatim on line and even in other hypnotists books.
